Repair the facility except for technology
Perform routine maintenance like the following:
Change Lighting
Plumbing
Irrigation
Elevator Recall
Grease Bearings
Clean Cooling Tower
Change Filters
Test Irrigation sprinklers
Check and change belts
Take Volt and Amp readings
Patch and paint
Replace ceiling tile
Replace light switch, wall outlets
Light carpentry
Adjust doors
Maintain flags
Sand sidewalks during ice storms
Hang posters, pictures, clocks, etc
Arrange rooms to include refreshment setup and cleanup
Move furniture and furnishings
