Respond to cleaning requirements

Lobbies and entrances
 1. Spot clean as requested
 2. Spot clean entrance glass doors and windows daily or as requested
 3. Maintain and service the area immediately outside the building

Service Break Areas or Vending areas
 1. Clean after breaks and spot clean daily
 2. Clean benches and tables as needed throughout the day
 3. Clean trash and recycle containers daily
 4. Replace trash & recycle container liners daily
 5. Clean microwaves daily and spot clean throughout the day
 6. Clean refrigerators weekly and remove all contents
 7. Empty trash receptacles and install new liners daily
 8. Police area and remove trash and litter during normal routine
 9. Replace empty towel and soap dispensers
 10. Dust tops of vending machines daily

Service Restrooms
 1. Clean, sanitize and deodorize restrooms daily
 2. Check and fill all dispensers daily
 3. Thoroughly disinfect wash basins, urinals, & toilet bowls weekly
 4. Clean all fixtures, receptacles, air vents, counter tops and mirrors weekly
 5. Damp mop or spot mop floors daily
 6. Scrub and disinfect floors weekly
 7. Clean stall partitions and doors daily
 8. Clean and disinfect walls weekly or as requested
 9. Empty waste receptacles and replace trash liners daily
 10. Empty & dispose of soiled trash container liners daily
 11. Disinfect all sanitary napkin disposal containers daily
 12. Replace sanitary trash liners daily
 13. Spot clean entry/exit doors and door handles daily
